We ship all our orders from our warehouse in the south of England.

We currently deliver to the UK only.

In a rush? Upgrade to next day delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) for just 99p.

Order before 2pm for same day dispatch.

We ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Please note: orders shipped to Northern Ireland may take an additional 24 hours to the above standard shipping times.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We charge a restocking fee of 20% that will be deducted from the order refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend using a tracked service for all returns as we can only process a refund when the goods are received.

Our Jelly Shots are ready so serve straight from the pack - but they should be chilled in a fridge/coolbox for 2+ hours before serving.
