We ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Please note: orders shipped to Northern Ireland may take an additional 24 hours to the above standard shipping times.
Delivery locations
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. We cannot deliver to BFPO addresses or mail forwarding companies. We do not ship to the overseas territories (Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey).
Can I track my order?
As soon as we begin packing your order we will send you shipping confirmation with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, it can take some time before tracking information becomes active.
Undeliverable packages
If our delivery partner is unable to deliver your package to the provided address it will automatically be returned to us. We will refund the cost of the goods minus a £3 (standard shipping) or £5 (next working day delivery) fee.
When incorrect address details or postcode are supplied, you may be required to pay an additional shipping charge to get this amended.
Packages lost or stolen
Hard Jelly cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered. Please note this if you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or a communal area.
Updating or cancelling an order
Once your order has been placed it is not possible to amend/add any items to the order or change the recipient details or delivery address. However, it may be possible to cancel the order. Please email support@hardjelly.shop
Once we begin packing your order cancellation will no longer be possible.
Age verification
By entering our website you have confirmed that you are at least the legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence, in accordance with our terms and conditions. An adult signature may be required when you receive your order.
Ordering gifts
All our orders include a free gift note if you wish to include one – simply enter your message at the cart.
All orders include a packing slip but do not show the price of the goods included.
Returns policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We charge a restocking fee of 20% that will be deducted from the order refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend using a tracked service for all returns as we can only process a refund when the goods are received.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@hardjelly.shop if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, following the above process, and once the item is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be notified once your shipment is received and inspected, and you will be informed by email if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 working days for your bank or credit card company to return the funds to your account.
